Crafted in small batches using an ancient Bulgarian recipe. We proudly use only NC and SC peaches supporting our local farmers. Every batch of this brandy is unique due to the variety of peach sorts used during the season. Enjoy it unaged as it comes from the still or rested in oak barrels for months adding a distinctive flavor profile.

Khan Tervel

This brandy we named after another great ruler, Khan Tervel, the son of Khan Asparuh. He was the only Khan to be honored with the title Caesar. He received this honor after helping to save Constantinople from an Arab siege in 717 AD. This event was a major turning point in both Byzantine and European history. Interesting fact - Tervel Peak in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is named after Tervel of Bulgaria.
